Living on the countryside in another country I was pretty hyped about treating myself with some nice products for my birthday. I had heard wonderful things about service in Kiehl’s stores , and was hoping for some help/advice to pick up some new products. After about 10 min of waiting for some help (granted it’s not that long) but seeing someone that came after me being attended to while I was just standing there , I resolved myself on picking a couple of “cult” products that I guessed if not perfect for me would not do too much wrong.
Spending close to a 100€ in the shop was quite surprised to only get two testers compared to the five that I usually get when I order online , and seeing a customer after me get 3 after buying a lip balm for 10€ .
I would have let everything slide if I would have gotten just a smile from the seller. Was very disappointed here , love the brand , hated this shopping experience.
