The sales person was like a lion. She tried to help, but not very knowledgeable. Do your homework before you go there if you want to buy something. Men sales people, on the other hand, are very good, friendly and helpful.

A nice lady in store, made our first visit a good experience and we bought some stuff to test at home.

Wow what a lovely and fancy Nespresso store. Such a wide variety of Nespresso machines, pods, accessories etc and also very well laid out.
Staff are amazingly friendly. I wanted pods unique to Germany and they really tried their best and I managed to get 1 pack that I don't recall from Johannesburg, SA where I live.
They also have restrooms.

If you are not a Club Member, you have to go all the way up to the 1st floor to pay. They do not allow you to pay on the quick checkouts next to the entry on the ground floor. Even if there is no one and all checkouts are empty. It's ridicolous and a way of punishing the non member customers like me, that...by the way we pay exactly the same price.

Actually a little bit too big, different from many other of their boutiques.
As well, I didn't see an elevator - maybe there is one - and there are a lot of stairs (1,5 floors?) till you get to buy/taste.
