An incorrect dish was served, and then we could not locate the waitress that took our order. The chef was considerate and made the dish again, but that was then with eggs when we explicitly ordered one without. Finally we got the correct order, but the servers were looking at us from time to time (talked among themselves) and made us feel that we did something wrong.

I used to eat here regularly. At least once a week since I worked close by. Though overall staff were friendly some of them were kind of strange and lacking in customer service. The price of the noodle box went up drastically and over time the food and restaurant lost much of its taste and appeal respectively. I have eaten there again recently, but the noodle box tastes very bland and costs more money. So overall I vowed I wouldn’t return and I didn’t. It’s kind of sad, because this place was great back in the day. (About 2 years ago)

Worst experience I ever had.
We ordered one vegitarian noodle dish and they served us rice dish. We asked them it's not the same dish we ordered and they gave noodle dish with Eggs. Like what!! At last they gave us the noodle dish angrily and that too was very oily and tasteless. Atleast behave properly with your customers. I wouldn't recommend to visit this place at all.

I'm always seeking and have found here the pho is great, and what really makes all the difference is that the soup base is spot on. In Melbourne I grew up very often eating in Vietnamese restaurants (we have a substantial community) This pho reminds me of almost the best from home. What I have tried from the rest of the card is also class.

I got food poisoning after i had my dinner. I went to the doctors and using antibiotics now. I tell all my friends to run away from this place!

we got a padthai with chicken and tofu. the chicken was awful as you can see on the picture and tofu was tasteless.

Food lovely, given what we thought were complimentary prawn crackers which we didn't ask for. Lovely.. we were charged for them. Massive fail
