Ich habe hier "bun cha go" gegessen, das ist ein vietnamesischer Reisnudelsalat mit Kaiser Rollen , Blattspinat, Minze, Möhren, Koriander, Sojasprossen und Erdnüssen. Der Blattspinat war wohl in der Rolle drinnen, dort habe ich grüne Blätter entdeckt. Es wurde zu den Rollen ein typischer chilli Limetten Dip gereicht und die Nudeln lagen auf frisch aufgeschnittem Eisbergsalat (ob das der Spinat aus der Beschreibung ist?) Jedenfalls hat das Gericht super frisch und lecker geschmeckt! Hätte ich von einem Imbiss in der Altstadt so nicht erwartet.
