Enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Location:
Is great, just walk through the nice park to get to the main city (approx 15min).

Facilites:
Enjoyed using the spa. There are three saunas (2 heat, 1 steam) and are included in the price. They also have a well equipped gym.

Staff:
Very friendly and supportive staff. One of the members of staff even offered us their parking spot, wonderful!

Good hotel, nice breakfast with generous times (to 11 on Saturday and Sunday), good beds and sauna open all the time, really nice. Two small complaints: stuff knocked on my door to ask something on the morning about 10 and there was no “don’t disturb” label to hang on the door, and there are no treatments available, like massage. I can still recommend the place, I had a good time!

Perfect location, nice and quiet, next to a park, on a 10 minute walk from the Altstadt.
Friendly and professional staff! Rooms are up to date and clean. Definitely a place to come back to. Parking garage available underneath the hotel for €25 a day.

Rooms are spacious with nice views to the park. The reception is very friendly and speaks multiple languages. The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Düsseldorf and there's a tram station across the road, along with scooters downstairs. It's also walking distance from the old town

Stayed one night for work. Very good hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too. They could just open the gym a bit earlier but the park in front is perfect for jogging.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Melia. Room was perfect, wellness area, too, and the staff was friendly.

Location is very central and directly across a beautiful park and just a couple of minutes away from Kö, which is the main shopping street in Düsseldorf.

We did not have dinner or breakfast - breakfast looked nice nevertheless when we had a quick glance at the buffet.

The highlight of this hotel are the staff who are as friendly and helpful as you will find anywhere. We found this to be the case for all the hotel staff we dealt with; they were sensational. The rooms were clean and comfortable and well equipped with a desk, mini bar and large safe which easily accommodated our laptops and other important gear. Breakfast cost was Euro 23 per head, but it was a very good breakfast for both European and non-European guests. The hotel is right beside Hofgarten which enabled us to stroll around in lovely surroundings. It is only 140m from the Nordstrasse metro station which is one stop from the centre of town, and the Altstadt area, and a short ride in the other direction out to Messe Dusseldorf showgrounds if you are in town for a trade show, as we were.
