We stayed here to visit the 'Final Fantasy - Distant Worlds' concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, which is close to the hotel (about a 15 minute walk) and made it the ideal choice to stay. There's plenty of parking space (underneath the hotel), and there's public transport nearby (Tram 705) that leads directly to the city center. (about a 15-20 minutes ride)

We found out that you can buy tickets on the tram itself at a ticket-machine and decided to buy 48-hours free-traveling tickets, which had a nice reduction in price if bought for multiple travelers.

The hotel itself is a budget hotel with limited staff and doesn't have its own restaurant (so no option for an included breakfast), but there are two restaurants in the same building that can facilitate breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had a very decent lunch at the cloud-kitchen myself. The other restaurant is an all-you-can-eatu0026drink, which we enjoyed as well.

The rooms of the hotel are small, decent and clean. All the usual facilities were there (an okay shower, toilet, TV, hairdryer, etc.) but don't expect too much luxury. I was pleasantly surprised however, that the window possessed a roll-down-shutter system. I like my room dark at night ;)

Also, checking out it easy. You simply don't have to. ;) The doors do unlock after the checkout time however, so that the cleaners can do their job. The personal code to unlock your door will become invalid after that time.

All-in-all the place definitely offers great value for its price/night, and would definitely stay here again if there's another concert to our liking! u003d)

The hotel and room was nice enough, beds were comfy. However, there was no AC, which meant we had to open the window to get fresh air in, which wouldn't have been so bad except that a multi-track railway went by, right next to the hotel. The trains came by frequently and hit their brakes as they went past, in order to stop at the next station. The squealing noise from the breaks was horrendous and kept me from going to sleep for a long time. Didn't get much sleep at all during the night, so definitely didn't have any McDreams.
If the hotel could get ac in the rooms, then it would be worth staying here.
Also, there is no reception, just a touch screen to check in on.

One of the best customer Service. The little story is, I have checked-in 3 rooms after a tired late night arrival and forget my Indian passport at self check-in counter. Not until the next morning I realized that I was missing it and I was travelling back to Denmark where passport will be checked at border control. It was a panic situation when I could not find anyone to enquire but fortunately one unknown good Samaritan guest took my passport to hand over to me directly when the hotel manager saw this during his late night exit and requested to hand it over but was denied by that guest. Next morning when I was enquiring people around the hotel about my missing passport, I accidentally met the hotel manager at the lobby who had to monitor the CCTV footages and sent his house keeping staff to collect it from the guest and finally hand over to me. I never expected that to happen considering the timeline. I appreciate this service from my bottom of the heart. Thank you. Sivram

It’s a basic room with everything you need. It was very clean and perfect for a day. The receptionist Zachsa was very helpful and friendly. We asked for extra pillows and he brought them within 5 minutes. Big compliment for him! Don’t expect to much luxury but the basic shower, toilet and a good bed and it is perfect!

The sink does not work, the window drapes are not properly fixed, the shower head is in disrepair.
Pity, because it is well conceived, clean, entirely appropriate for the price.
And yes, no security at night, as the entrance door and floor access stay open all night.
The hotel doesn't seem to care much about fixing the issues, though.

Wrote to the hotel via booking.com website without a valid answer, but found the reception manned the next day and indicated the issues - the reception actually did indeed react very friendly and professionally and did indeed (as in the answer given below to this review by the hotel) offer another room immediately. The new room was perfectly alright so my stay was a happy one in the end.
As said before, this hotel is completely recommendable with a very good, and actually an exceptional level of comfort at this price.
I first gave the hotel a three-star review but I am adding a star.

Don’t come to this place at all costs. No live person to talk to. No hand lotion, no tea pot, absolutely nothing here.

In Poland for the same price you get everything and more.

All you get here is a bed and toilet paper.

Location is quite close to city center. Price is ok. There is no reception so you have to make a out call to hotel mgmt if you have a problem although you are exactly in the hotel.
