Signed up to give this studio a try, almost 45m waiting for someone to come to the front desk. Downstairs where the threadmills are is basically a sauna. Cancelled a day after.

Machine are almost always available and not very crowded! And this was one of the reason I extended my contract instead of switching to Fitxx.!! The only things I don’t like are the Cardio machines.! They work well but are very outdated. I always struggle to keep my phone! It would be amazing to have new cardio machines.! I love everything else

Chill, not very crowded, good variety of machines, but weights are a bit scattered and sometimes hard to find a matching pair, other than that its a good place for a daily workout.

thanx to replay, u said that the Support answer the costumers if they have questions, that what I did, Iam still waiting since 2 Monthes and no respond , about the rating of mcfit in Düsseldorf in Erkrather Straße i can give just 2 Stars, Max 3 stars cuz the WC often close before corona and the airingis not good enoughe, customer Service in General I give 0 Star cuz I am still waiting there respond and I dont think they will replay.

Staff speaks English and is friendly. There is equipment shortage for dumbbells (1-8kg). Otherwise all other equipments are fine.
