These people are absolutely disgraceful. I arrived to a room that was supposed to be clean and prepared. Instead, they didn’t bother to put bath soap/shampoo in it and left the trash cans full. There is NO ONE on the premises and the hotel staff REFUSES to come over to address their failures of cleaning/correct them. So I’ll go out and buy body wash/shampoo in Düsseldorf and take out the last person’s trash on my own.

Even the hotel’s owner was spoken to by booking and they STILL refused to send anyone to help. Just disgraceful. It’s a system of pure laziness. They think that since it’s cheaper, they just won’t employ people, even if it creates problems for their guests.

This hotel just cancelled my booking out of the blue, they tried to force me keeping the reservation at higher price (4 times more!), then of course I asked them an explanation, then they didn't answer and just cancel the booking.
Unbelievable unprofessional behaviour. I suggest not to book this hotel and don't trust them.

Wonderful little hotel! Walking distance to train station, restaurants, and the "Ho". Very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of electric outlets. And complementary sodas, water, and beer!
I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I always stay here when I am flying out of the Dusseldorf airport. 10 minute walk to the train station, then a 15 minute train ride to the airport. Friendly staff, clean rooms...free beer.
