This Hotel is wonderful, the value is fair, the rooms are clean, the service is great, it is close to bus and train stations and close to restaurants... besides you can reach the center by walking a little, like, 20min. The rooms are well ventilated and the bathroom is great, but for me the most important points are: clean rooms and clean towels, comfortable bed and well ventilated room. plus, the service at the reception is very efficient and the staff are polite and helpful in addition to giving great tips on places to go. I highly recommend.

A very decent hotel. The street it is on is quite bad, with druggies and drunkards around, making it unsafe. The rooms are basic but functional. Staff is very good and helpful. However I still feel that it is overpriced especially when you can get mercure for almost same price next door.

Clean, clear, spacious and the rooms are big and well ventilated. Good walk to the center of Dusseldorf and near public transport also. Very friendly staff, they help us out with suggestions of restaurants and places to go.

Nice neat hotel in a quiet street with trees and close to station, shops and centre. Very friendly receptionist. Room was clean and good bed. But I missed a water boiler and minifridge. Well it's 3 stars...
But would definetely visit again.

Incredible customer service. They do absolutely everything within their power to accommodate you. I will be staying here for Medica every year. You cannot find better accommodations anywhere in Europe. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Riadh and Weiki are true professionals and absolutely accommodating. You will miss out by not staying here.
