Thanks indeed for the high quality service form the front desk. The hotel is a very good hotel and a very well maintained. The location is one of the best things in this stay. I have stayed 3 nights and will definitely come back again during my next visit to dussseldorf. The rooms are clean the rooms served as a 5 stars Hotel. Thanks again. I recommend it as it close to the main train station as well as the city centre.

Convenient location- close to the Bahnhof. About a 5-minute walk. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Jennifer was especially helpful with her recommendations and directions. The room was very clean and has everything you need. My favorite was the bathtub. It was nice to have a soak after a long day of exploring. Thank you Hotel Leonardo for a great stay and for awesome service! I hope to visit Dusseldorf in the future!

I've stayed again in this hotel some years ago and I was very happy overall, this time it was a disappointment. I don't know if I was just unlucky with the room i got, but it really needs a renovation. The cleanliness was also a problem, I guess the carpet and the walls you cannot get clean anymore. The reception staff was friendly but that was it unfortunately...

We loved the hotel, spacious, clean rooms. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, also this hotel is located very close to the central station. 10/10.

My friend and I stayed for one night and we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room was big and we had a balcony which was unexpected and super nice. A view of the train station but without the noise. We slept well and were overall very happy to have chosen this hotel.
Thank you to all the staff who were helpful, friendly and kind.

Lovely hotel. I ABSOLUTELY love their breakfast. 5 min walk to the train station. multiple food outlets nearby (halal as well). Friendly staff. Clean spacious toilets. Great value I'd say.

Was asked some unnecessary questions at the reception which was a bit disappointing but apart from that my entire stay was great. Highly recommending.
