Very nice hotel, close to the Train Station. We stayed one night and it was enough to consider it for my next visit to Düsseldorf. Great breakfast too! My room was small, but enough for a good night. Since we arrived they offered us some snacks at the front desk for free. Then in the room you get fancy bottled water, coffee and all the amenities you need to relax. You will not get regret your stay here.

It's a nice location and the staff are lovely, but the place really needs renovating. The walls in our room had peeling plaster and had ingrained dirt in places, the AC made noise but did nothing, the carpeting in the stairwell was loose in spots, the bathroom had quite a few cracked tiles, the curtains were stained etc (not dirty, just old and tired). The breakfast buffet was good, plenty of options, it could just do with a bit more space. And to reiterate, the staff here made us feel very welcome. They were helpful and polite. I'd not mind coming back in a few years if the place got some TLC, but as it is, I won't be staying here again.

When I arrived at the hotel last night, when I opened the duvet cover, I found that their Mattress pad was very dirty. The staff helped me change a room with a double bed, it was nice, but at 8:18 in the morning, someone Knocked the door but we were still asleep, when we got up to open the door, the door was opened! ! There was no time for anyone to walk to open the door at all!!!!!And I don’t know who it was. When I opened the door, the person walked away. After this I left a message to the hotel, and someone knocked on the door, explaining that because there were not enough mattress pad , they could only use dirty one, but this was not the reason, and she said 8 :30 Started cleaning so if 8:18 someone open our door she doesn’t know who it is and told me that I should lock the door with the key card, but I said the person who open my door also use key card!!!!It was a terrible experience and I won't never booking this hotel again.

Overall a really nice looking hotel with a good location as we could reach everywhere within walking distance. Appearance is deceptive though, we arrived earlier and wanted to check-in so we wouldn‘t have to do that later. Receptionist wanted to check us in but changed her mind quickly and said she couldn‘t since no rooms were available yet (since when does one thing cohere with the other one??). It was 2PM and we had to wait until 3PM sharp. So we went out and ate something, came back to a very unfriendly receptionist again. Weird smells in the doorway every time we entered the Hotel. The rooms were really small, even the one for two people . The door handle almost breaking opening and closing the door (sometimes you couldn‘t even close it because the door handle was stuck somehow). You had to shut the door really hard so it could close. Cleanliness of the rooms were good, fresh towels were provided every day. Receptionist said they were there 24/7, we couldn‘t see one staff at the reception every time we passed the corridor. Walls are very thin, I could literally hear people talking next to me and also could hear the TV running from next doors. Check-out was as horrid as the check-in experience. We paid beforehand and had to wait so the receptionist could look up if we really did pay, other guests she was servicing at that time got a friendly face and got asked how their stay was. We were standing there the whole time and all we got was „Yep, you did pay“. Would never in my life recommend this accommodation to anyone ever. I have never experienced that kind of unfriendly and incompetent staff in any of my traveling trips (and I travel a lot). If you cannot put on a smile and work your best for the people who stay in your hotel, then what are you doing there?

Arrived far far before 3 pm . Of course its not allowed to check in. But I asked the lovely lady Ms. Lea Arlond ( I hope I recognised the name correctly), how can she help. u0026 she called house keeping and WOW a room was ready. She really impressed me u0026 this will not happen in other hotels. Keep on. Thank you

Try not to stay in this hotel. Walked in with a grumpy front desk staff who gave us a false information about room availability. Told us that we can dial #9 from the room to report any problems. When I arrived the room that immediately noticed the bathroom issues (hairs and spider web), was looking for the phone try to get a room change, and realized that my ECONOMY room doesn’t even have a phone. Went down there to report to the front desk (another staff on duty), and she didn’t provide any solutions. The room was on the second floor but in the very rare setup that I had to carry my luggage down to another ten stairs. If you don’t care about the room at all, it is a great location to get all the amazing restaurants nearby in walking distance.

Nice hotel, good size room but bed was two twins pushed together with two separate blankets. Probably knew this when booking but first experience with it. Beds were as hard. Front desk was nice.
