Charming, quaint, and so friendly! As a senior women travelling solo, I visited several breweries and other establishments in Düsseldorf, but here is where I felt most welcome and comfortable! René warmly greeted me as I entered. We discussed Altbier differences, the vast spirits offered there, and other topics. Eventhough I don't speak German, I enjoyed a few hours chatting with guests and sipping a few Altbiers. Thank you, René, for your hospitality and your delightful personality!

The Bartender was Drunk!! He was shouting and told us to get out because we don't have the booster ! He has no idea what the rules are and what 2G+ means.
PS: i was fully vaccinated and did an antigen test the same day ... We didn't encounter such incompetence in other bars in Düsseldorf

KreuzherrenEcke is my favorite bar in Düsseldorf, where I go with my friend to have a good beer and also nice and many different liquors (you can find all kinds there!). The staff are always nice and open to have a talk, what you can hardly find around. Good there and just enjoy it!

Great place where you can be yourself. Do note that if you want something fancy/tables and chairs inside/posh drinks, then this is not your place. However, if you want a decent beer for a good price... Local bartenders and local visitors, this is exactly where you can go.

Good spot and meeting point for a drink with colleagues after work or with friends. They have very famous shots there, which you must try!

A very unique place ad one of the oldest "institutions" in the Altstadt that you can find. With it´s home-made "Salmiakki" liquor and "Chili- Schnaps" you can find yourself loving the night and everyone surrounding you.
