Worst KCF I have ever had in my life. The fried chicken is not fresh, meat is very dry, skin is not crispy, and the taste is very bad, feels like they had the wrong recipe! That explains why it's so empty. Service was OK and try staff understands English well. Furniture is a bit old too. Definitely not recommend.

The quality of the food is very bad. When I order a chicken wing I expect a chicken wing ,not a chicken pinkie. If colonel Herman would have seen this , he would have closed his company the minute after.

It's KFC, the service was polite and they also spoke English which helped us. The premises were clean and the taste was good.

Used to order chicken here every weekend. This is the best KFC restaurant in Duesseldorf, IMO.
