Location:
Very convenient location, we were staying there for Gamescom and access to the Düsseldorf Central Station is really easy. There's a lot of Turkish restaurants around as well as various cafés. The city center is within walking distance.
Access: The hotel is accessible by wheelchair and there is a lift. Guests on wheelchairs or with strollers should have no issues.
Check-in:
The check-in was easy and fast. You get your room's card and a paper with the WiFi login details.
If you arrive late at night, you'll need to get your key from the automated dispenser box on the side entrance. You need to enter your booking number into the box's keypad and it will give you your room key that also unlocks the side entrance.
One thing to be aware of is the potential of the hotel staff not supplying the key box with your card. That means you'll be locked outside for the night! That did happen to a group of tourists when we were staying there and it was reported by another review here so it might be a regular occurrence. I strongly advise you to get there earlier than 22:00 so you can speak to an actual staff member.
Rooms:
The rooms are cosy and decently equipped. Ours had an office desk with its own light and socket, a shoe shelf, a wardrobe and a TV. There is no air conditioning or fridge though. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, towel radiator thingy and a hair dryer. There's also soap and shampoo too. The rooms are fairly soundproofed from the city's noise but not particularly well so from any noises inside the hotel.
WiFi: The login details have to be renewed every 5 days, just ask the reception. The internet speed is quite fast at around 60 Mbps.
Room service:
The room service is ok. When we got there, our room was not done yet and still had leftovers from the previous guests, something that the receptionist was unaware of when we notified her. We only dropped off our things anyway so within an hour when we were back it was all done.
They seem to be changing the towels every day but not the sheets.
Extras: There's optional breakfast and a vending machine in the ground floor. The vending machine sells still water for those who don't like the German habit of drinking carbonated water, although the water bottles tend to get stuck and not fall out of the machine. Seek assistance from the reception if that happens.
