The staff was very friendly and helpful across all parts of the hotel, from the lobby to the atmospheric cocktail bar (with great cocktails) and at the delicious breakfast.
The interior in the building is warm and cosy.
The rooms are kept neat and fresh

At night, the neighborhood in which the hotel is located is not the safest neighborhood in Düsseldorf, but that's the only downside

Expensive room is without AC and no Breakfast. I got the cost roundabout 200€ per night. The only one is nice interior design. But is not help for my stomach. This place is really far to the class as Hotels.

Our room was not ready when we arrived so they gave us un upgrade: 6th floor, suite, huge balcony, view over Düsseldorf. Mattresses were soft, two showers, two sinks. Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious.
Recommendation!

The staff was super friendly!! The Hotel was super cleaned and followed all the security measures due to the pandemic. After making the booking, I have requested to stay at the Harry Potter room and I received a confirmation very fast.
The room, as well as the Hotel, are super fun!!! The decoration is beautiful, the bar has boarding games, which made our stay even nicer.

Booked two hours before on a 34 degree day, when we arrived at the hotel the reception was quite curt with us but who can blame them working in this heat. When we got to our (expensive) room, we noticed it was hotter than the temperature outside, not clean and definitely not a condition you would expect visitors of a 4 star hotel to stay in. We went down to reception to inquire about a possible refund or another room which we could stay in, we were told that there was no refund and we could either leave or stay in the room at the temperature it is. I loved the way the hotel was decorated and the idea behind it, however was sorely dissapointed with the customer service and state of rooms.

It's... funky. But I liked it. At least it was interesting, compared to most other hotels I stay at on business trips. Staff was very funny, always cracking jokes, and eager to help. The rooms all have different themes as well - mine was very simple, but my coworker had a Harry Potter room.
