I unfortunately could not experience a stay at this hotel but still charged the full fee.

I booked this hotel 1 week upfront and paid my stay. My plan was traveling from Stuttgart to Düsseldorf by train. However because of a major storm all intercity train lines are cancelled.

I informed the hotel 2 days ahead to postpone my reservation or cancel it, whicever the hotel preferres. However they choose neither cancel nor postpone my reservation. Charged me the full fee, for a reason that I cannot control.

This might be legal as they argued that time but totally unfair for a sector called “hospitality”.

I don’t recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with an amazing location. It was very clean and you receive complimentary toiletries, even the small chocolate on your bed. Good bed, nice shower and a filling breakfast with freshly baked meats and eggs. Always someone at the reception and the check-in and checkout was done quickly. Enjoyed my short stay here!

Amazing service. Staff extremely friendly, place is just perfect. Definitely a place to stay if you come to Dusseldorf. The breakfast is simple, but also very good. Very clean... for sure I recommend.

Surprised to hear that it's a 4* hotel -room and breakfast quite basic, cleanliness of floor not impeccable, (long hair, pieces of crisps found on the floor on the day of our arrival) humidity on windows. Staff very nice though, and perfect location.

I was at their meeting room for an interview, my coat was stolen during the interview, they didn't say sorry or nothing, just they called one week later tolding "it was not possible". Unprofessional, totally rude.

Expensive for what you get, room was relatively small and quite basic. Location was great though.
