Simple hotel at a convenient location in downtown.
The place is quite run down and feels like it would need a good overhaul. The carpet is dirty and laundry from other rooms are just piled up little everywhere in the corridors.
Not accurate to the description.

The good thing was that when we visited they just changed staff. Even though he seemed very inexperienced he was very helpful.

Good value for money. Room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was very spacious and modern. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

For the price you are paying, its a good value hotel. Close proximity to the Central Station. The Staff at the reception was very kind, helpful and cooperative. I stayed on 16th - 17th November 2019.

Very clean and a outstanding friendly host. Good beds and breakfast. Right in the centre so it's very easy to go out in the city from here. Be sure to visit the 'kazematten' on the Rhine boulevard

Small, friendly, clean and quiet hotel..good location, very close to public transportation and just a short walk to the old town. Tasty european breakfast buffet

If you're looking for clean, cheaper (note cheaper not cheapest) accommodation in the city centre, add Hotel Minerva on Cantadorstraße, Düsseldorf to your favourite's list. It offers clean hotel rooms for the wary traveller and one can enjoy a continental breakfast to perk you up for your exciting day ahead in Düsseldorf. Perfectly situated near Pemplefort Straße, which is a mini hub for the underground train (U-Bahn), trams and buses, you are assured transport every 3 minutes to anywhere within the city.

Quiet, friendly. Compact breakfast, comfortable room, close to center, good price. I stay here the fourth year.
