I would never recommend it!
First of all, it is written you have a parking for which you charge 8 euro per day. The parking is not a parking itself, it is kind of a warehouse or something where all your vegetables were.
Also, the hotel is disgustingly dirty, it is as bad as I could ever imagine! It was so dirty there, that we did not want to spend there for even a minute more, so we did not stay at your hotel!
Furthermore, there were not any people who could explain us how can we get our money back. The receptionists were rude and did not want to help us at all.
Finally, we wrote emails to the hotel and the booking agency but no one replied! After several days trying to reach the manager, he answered but he was lying as for 5 minutes he said 2 different things and refused to get my money back!
We booked another hotel and didn’t stay even for a day there!

Budget hotel and for that I give 5 star but unfortunately it is almost impossible to find park place in Dusseldorf so I guess it depends what do you expect, pay more get more pay less get less
Staff is polite and helpful.
Rooms are good.
Best regards

The location is perfect with grocery store opposite to the hotel, very close by to HBF and the bus stand is in front of the hotel. There is possibly a place for street car parking in the parellal street as well. The staff is very accommodating and upgraded our room when we extended our stay. Rooms are well-maintained, clean and tidy. The hotel was very accommodating to us even in terms of flexible check-out as well. I strongly recommend this place to anyone travelling to dusseldorf for a pleasant and budget friendly stay.

Any cheap hostel is much better and cleaner than this so called "hotel". Breakfast is an insult.

We only stayed for one night. The rooms are semi clean, with very very dirty windows. The Bathroom had a really weird smell and none of the rooms had remotely warm water. The Staff was also very annoyed the entire time and not well managed.

Look for another hotel.

Its Quality cant even afford the title Motel.

Not to Mention it was in a very bad part of town with Drunken people and other weird creeps.

I would NEVER ever recommend anyone to stay here. I had a horrible experience with the hotel.

I booked the hotel for 10 days for my business trip. I landed on Dusseldorf airport and arrive at the hotel at around 11:20. However, it was strange the hotel-cum-house was closed and there was no-one there but a notes on the door ring the bell or call the number written there. Anyhow I rang the bell and also called several time but there was nothing. It was 24 January with freezing temperature and after a long day of travelling I was struggling there to get in.

To cut it short, after contacting the booking.come I may able to enter the hotel but the room (20) which was confirmed against may booing was not opened by the key that I got from the magic box. I finally have to leave the hotel and booked the other hotel and stayed there. There I paid 45 per night but with high level of comfort.

On top of that, though it was there fault as a) no reception b) bad service c) no communication response d) door key was not working. BUT still they didn't refund the amount I paid bought 300 euros. and next day the property said please come we can fix the door. How silly they are.

I will also share the whole story what I had on the phone with booking.com and the hotel team in detail.

BUT Guys be careful don't stay there DON'T

just 4-5 euros more with high level of conformant and relaxation.
