Very comfortable hotel! Liked the room with a nice big window and also it kept all the noise outside. The bathroom was modern decorated. At the check-in you get a code for your room and it was easy to get to the rooms with the elevator.

The hotel was great, the room was nice and clean. The staff is really nice and there for you if you need any help.
Only problem : the breakfast wasn't very diverse, a lot of stuff where missing when we arrived (milk, ham, cheese, bread...)

The service was perfect, food was nice, room was tiny but very clean. If I have to stay in Düsseldorf again, I will book this hotel again. Very satisfied. I had to work for one day and wifi was working so fine.

One thing I would like to mention that I was little bit uncomfortable is, the sink was clogged. So whenever I use the sink, water got filled in the sink and it took quite a long time to drain. But I didn't complain it because I thought it would take some time to fix it. I didn't want to waste my time on it.

The just send me in a bedroom with three not so well isolated window in the first floor. In was impossible to sleep since I couldn't sleep due to traffic noise.
Also I had the feeling that the bedroom, wasn't cleened for a while. Everything wasn't good, I event don't know where to start. I would set a zero star if it was possible

Absolutely "okay". The rooms are acceptable, the service isn't the best but also acceptable. The location is great to explore Düsseldorf. Price is okay as well.

Make sure to buy breakfast with your stay. There is nothing around here and what few restaurants you see on the maps don't open until ten. Buy breakfast and get on with your day.

it's near Dusseldorf Hbf, one can take bus to this hotel within 5 minutes, (2-3 stops) so it's good and the price is better than those around Hbf.
