Huge hotel with a nice interior. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and had a wide variety.

I have read many reviews of the expectations of a Hilton hotel so I went with low expectations. The room we were checked into had a very awful smell especially the pillows. We called right away and we were guided to a different and better room. Unfortunately I have to agree that the rooms are very basic. The bathroom was really small which was a deal breaker for me. We made use of the gym which was definitely a plus. All in all our stay wasn’t the best but we made it work.

I am positively impressed with kindness and hospitality I’d received at reception. Although I was a bit early, they helped me doing check-in. Check-out was same, very fast and accurate. I also would like to share my outstanding breakfast experience - various and delicious selection of Internatlonal breakfast for all kind. Very well managed, cooked or prepared and organized in a way to accommodate some peaks during the mornings. Room is very clean and delivering expected Hilton quality. You always find what you need in a Hotel room. It is a business hotel where you may have conferences or meetings, not located in downtown Dusseldorf, but it is very easy to reach both city and airport. Thank you Hilton team for making a extremely nice stay..

The minibar is empty per default and the kitchen closes at 22:00 so if you arrive late make sure you eat something before you check in. That is not state of service now. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and the rooms are small but nice and comfortable, as would be expected from a Hilton Hotel. Overall satisfactory but there are better Hotels.

Friendly and kind personnel, fast check-in. Rooms are clean and relatively modern, the same can be said about the bathroom, which is otherwise relatively small.
Rooms are equipped with safe, minibar, and electric kettle with a selection of coffee and teas (huge plus for peppermint and Darjeeling teas!).
The breakfast was really good, with a huge variety of offerings and really good coffee. The restaurant personnel was really kind and helpful.
Overall, I really enjoyed the stay here and can safely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

Lovely friendly staff very very professional. Clean lovely airy room. Comfort facilities except the world worst pillows....really awful. I didn't sleep particularly well. Breakfast very nice with a wonderful choice to suit all diersoorten and tastes. Very positive experience overall. Would return back.

We booked this hotel by SocialDeal.
This hotels offers well equipped rooms (AC, iron board, bathtub, hairdryer, mirror defogger, safe deposit, etc)

- the refrigerator in the room doesn’t work anymore. We asked the housekeeping and the receptionist about it, but it seems they switched all refrigerator off…
- rooms next to the elevator are quit noisy…

+ the breakfast buffet is excellent!

Modern, spacious, immaculate. That being said, logistical obstacles roughened my stay. There aren't other restaurants less that 20 minutes by foot except for an overly priced, mediocre steak restaurant 5 minutes away. The restaurant in the hotel earns a similar review. Trying to get our parking ticket validated in the morning included a long wait; which taught me to checkout the night before. There are no vending machines on site. High potential hotel, room for improvement.
