This place is a very wired and i hope it will get the attention of that public authorities sooner than later … beside the many negative thing that will face the customers, here is my favourite one. When you are ready to leave and ask for the Bill, they will give you a code that you have to scan with your phone camera to be able to see your orders. They make things unusually complicated for visitors so that mistakes can go unnoticed. I had an overpriced bill after looking carefully through their made-complex billing policy. Be careful and always examine your bill for correctness.

The food is ok if you have the patience to wait for it. Serving the drinks took half an hour, serving the starter took an hour and came along with the main dish. Staff is quite absent on the terrace, and more people were complaining about the food when we were there. Definitely not going there anymore.

Have been to so many dance clubs and discos but havent seen such a racist place. Bouncer couldn't even answer why we couldn't enter the pub and demanded that we speak German. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are so many better pubs in Düsseldorf. Dumb people in charge doesnt make them smarter!

Awful place! Like it’s tooooo much to put a star.
A disrespectful, impolite and rude male waiter brought to me one beer, I told him sorry i didnt order this ( i was going to order a cocktail ) he started to yell at me without respecting a certain distance between us ! I dont speak german so a friend of mine told him that i dont speak german and i didnt order anything yet so he started to yell again at me saying «  why are you lying !!! » he has no respect to himself neither to his job !
The thing that if my friend didnt speak to him he was able to hit me.
Disgusting !

Walked in to have a nice cocktail night, sat down 1 minute and a male server walked to us. First of all didn’t even greet us or a simple “hi” but immediately had such a rude and impolite attitude; “whatchu want?” Like excuse me???! It’s not like he didn’t know the language. Not even a effort to say what would you like to order. After we wanted to order he then proceed to tell us that the bar doesn’t server cocktail???? And told us to leave because he doesn’t serve cocktail I’m so shocked I have never experienced this is. The place wasn’t even full so there was no rush?

I do not recommend coming back to this place nor do I wish to come back!

First time at Hausbar with my friends. Great wine advice from Norman, who turned out to be the manager. Great place to warmup before clubbing.
