What used to be my favourite cafe for years has now been destroyed by a truly barbaric change of furniture. Elegant desks and chairs have been replaced by clumsy benches and coffee tables. A blatant attack on aesthetics and comfort. Quite the nightmare. Another go-to place gone. Why, oh why???

I strongly recommend Espresso Perfetto from Düsseldorf Bilker Alle ! I was attended by Vincenzo (Vinci) who was lovely and provided us all the answers and recommendations. I finally purchased an ECM Classika II PID as I was in love by it. My overall experience with Espresso Perfetto from Bilker Alle is 100% good !

I bought Olympia Express Maximatic and Moca grinder off this shop. Because I live in Finland, I was very worried that a 5000e order could go wrong, but it did not and went smoothly. In addition, the money was transferred directly into the buyer's account so for those who have doubts for cross-border orders, I can say this is a legit business.

The machines are great, and it was packaged almost excessively to protect the machines. In addition, please know this shop offers great prices, at least in my case.

The only thing I would do differently next time is to wait until the machines are in stock and only then put the order. This has caused unpleasantness, mostly on the fault of mine. I apologize if I caused hard feelings.

Stunning store, it is completely decorated with coffee stuffs. They have very fair prices and offers for espresso machines and grinders and the staff was also very pleasant to treat with. Highly recommended!

Great sales, really took the time to explain the different machines. I would certainly buy from there again. And of course the Espresso beans are worth making a special trip for.
