Have stayed in this hotel several times, and were always very satisfied with the rooms, location and staff/ owner.
However since Covid things have changed: no staff are present, so entering the building has become slightly problematic, let alone parking your car in the underground garage.
Trying to follow instructions shouted at us through a mobile phone by a person who is convinced things are self-explanatory, even though they are not is an experience my usually confident husband doesn’t want to go through again.
Maybe an email with the code sent the day before the guest is expected to arrive could solve that problem? Or a text message?
And make sure you don’t have room 73: it’s awkwardly furnished and noisy, since it looks out over a very busy crossing with trams riding late into the night.
