This Domino's has absolutely nothing in common with Domino's from the United States. The pizza dough is NOT hand tossed, not freshly stretched, and instead is a pre-made round piece of dry bread. Nearly no cheese, nearly no tomato sauce and scarce toppings. Only good thing was the friendly service.

Domino's is my most favorite fast food pizza chain in the US and I was hoping to get a similar experience here in Germany. Boy was I wrong.

Horrible pizza. Burnt and uncooked at the same time. Crust was burnt and tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms were cold and felt raw. We paid for extra cheese and as you can see there was none. Never ordering from here again. Avoid pizzas from here.

Good options. I chose the vegetarian options and it was nice. The Jalapeño snack is a great one and I would definitely recommend it.

After buying from here semi-regularly with no problems, I am very unhappy with the rude service I received this evening. I placed my order as a collection in error, rather than a delivery. The store called me to ask about it and I explained my mistake, apologised, and asked whether I could pay money to have it delivered. The man who I spoke to refused and proceeded to tell me off on the phone as if I was his child. This is not an acceptable way to speak to a customer who made an honest mistake. I will not be ordering again.
