This is one place you shouldn't go to. Well, they do have the perfect location but this is all the have... the Capuchino was a disaster and the cakes were no better. I should have called the police for serving a bad strudel like this... there must be a low for that in Germany... neither taste or presentation. It's like the saved on sugar, cinnamon, freshness and served it so hot that it burned my tongue. Defiantly overheated in the microwave. To top it all, the service was worse then worse. The waitress did us a favor that she even talked to us... do youself a favor and go someplace else...

+: The location is very good, the cocktails were ok
-: The attitude of the waiter was really bad. No card payment was accepted. False information were given about the use of the toilets, which are NOT free of charge, you need to use the public toilet around the corner where you need to pay 1€ (!!!) and where the cleaning people are ridiculously rude. Just a thought: you have to earn your tip and give your clients a good feeling, here was the exact opposite.

Fast service and good drinks, although not cheap. But location is really nice. Otherwise they wouldn't make PAYING CUSTOMERS pay an extra euro to use the - dirty - bathroom!

Very friendly waitress. Not bad service.
It's ok not to accept cards, but to pay based on a hand written bill is a bit unacceptable. Since they didn't print any receipt, I hope the waitress didn't calculate the VAT !

Don’t eat in this place the staff is horrible . I ordered a salad without any salsa there was salsa . The lettuce was dirty they don't even wash it good and the guy say it was wash . Excuse me but there was insect on it was dirty. And they don’t do nothing about . The guys was just argument and he did nothing . Never again horrible and disgusting. Of course I don’t eat that dirty salat you can get hepatitis for a dirty salat

Overpriced especially the drinks. 12e a bottle of water? 6.2 Pils? Food very average. The pizza though was extremely bad with an unidentified cheese. Many of the dishes on the menu were not available too. Considering the location i did not expected great vslue for price ratio but this was awful

It was the worst place in Düsseldorf. We have waited 30 minutes just to order. They don’t accept payment by card, they do not accept payment separately. If you go there 3 person, one of them should pay the bill. DISGRACE!
