I ate here with my family but it was not a pleasant experience. The waiters were rude to us and to other customers saying that they could order in an hour when there were many tables free. We waited a long time with no sign of service until we had to ask to be serviced. The food came without any cutlery and didn't come even after we waited a while, in the end I literally went to get my own. Other customers left when they didn't get their cutlery. Haven't known anything like it! In the time we were there we saw many customers leave because of the bad service. The food was mediocre. I would not recommend to eat here, go somewhere else!!

We thought to sit in the Promenade in a nice sunny April day. Ordered some food, easy orders. two of our group just wanted grilled vegetables without fries, which is part of the menu, but the owner refused without reason. Then they brought two Fanta drinks that barely had sparkling gas on them. Very flat (ew). Then they forget one of the Pommes portions. Later they come and say they ran out of Pommes (at 14h on a Saturday). All this time, the waiter acting all annoyed at us. No language/cultural barrier, we were mostly Germans in the table. And the place was half empty, so no need to be overly stressed. Maybe the restaurant was experiencing a bad day. But I need to leave this here so they know they did a bad job.

Location is good with nice view to have some drinks and food. But the waiting time for food service is very long, more than 50 mins.

No card machine. Huge mark up on cash withdrawals. Taking advantage of tourists that do not have cash. Really disappointing.

Very rude staff. We waited over an hour to order food, which was mediocre. Waiter refused to bring menu to my friend, and shoved my other friend's shoulder as he was passing. Very rude, would not recommend!!!
