Trotz aller Negativbewertungen, sind wir heute nach Duisburg in die Filiale gefahren und waren positiv überrascht. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und es wurde nachgefragt ob man uns helfen könne. Als wir dies verneinten, aber bei Bedarf gerne auf das Angebot zurück kommen würden, konnten wir in alles Ruhe erstmal das ganze Angebot anschauen und auch probieren. Bevor wir den Laden mit 2 neuen schönen Jacken verließen, sagte ich zur Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse, das ich mich zuerst von den schlechten Bewertungen abschrecken lassen wollte und es nun nicht bereue doch in den Laden gekommen zu sein. Daraufhin erklärte sie mir, das es zu einem Personalwechsel gekommen sei und die schlechten Erfahrungen hoffentlich der Vergangenheit angehören.
Sie bat mich noch darum auch eine Bewertung abzugeben...dem bin ich gerne nachgekommen..
Es gibt für mich keinen Grund diese Filiale nicht besuchen.
