Food was pretty good. Really tasty and absolutely worth it's money. Portions are fairly big. Waiting staff didn't have the best of days when we were there. Not really friendly, no smiles and initial order took too long. But from friends I know that this must have been an exception so ultimately it should be worth a visit.

We travel a lot and visited thouthands restaurants, but this is the first time we have encountered such an attitude.

We ordered three drinks and one large pizza for three of us. When the pizza arrived, I asked for extra plates.
The waiter in very unpleasant, almost rude way said that if we want plates, we need to order a pizza for each, not share.
We didn't know that we had to ask the waiter how much we need to eat. Very strange behaviour.

Very tasty and good atmosphere.
Not all staff speaks English.

Excellent dining experience. The Rumpsteak is incredible and I love the teas. They tend to go heavy on sauces and condiments, but I find that common in Germany. Definitely a favorite in downtown Duisburg!
