I tried many different gyms before in Duisburg that didn't satisfy me at all. The staff is very nice and helpful. I feel comfortable and the variety of machines is satisfying too. I will definitely stay and can recommend joining fivestar at Königsgalerie!

Centrally located, clean, and well equipped, this gym is a great place for bodybuilding and powerlifting. It's possible to do regular Inbody tests accompanied by detailed explanation from the trainer. VEGAN protein shakes are available. Friendly supportive team. I'm particularly grateful to trainer Juliana for her consistent support and professional advices.

I joined this Gym in May 2022 and signed up for a 2 year contract. They never sent me an invite letter to collect my card but instead I was asked to come there with my ID Card. Post that I was asked to call a number and speak with them as I was not showing up in their system. Finally managed to get my card and my name in thr system. I should have taken that as a sign and terminated the contract immediately but unfortunately I did not do so. Anyways I started going to they gym and noticed it was always crowded. So you have to wait for your turn to use any equipments or machines. The crowd is also not good as it's like group workouts. 10 dudes will come in together capture the machines etc and you then you have to wait for your turn till these dudes are done. Some of the equipments do not even have a seat or back rest. Even the arm machine is broken. And the staff is as good as invisible cause never have they ever even bothered to take new members around the gym to show them the equipmemts or how they work. Only nice thing is the shower and toilets and for that I am giving them 1 star. Enrolled myself in another gym till then and shall terminate my contract here before my contract ends. Extremely Dis-Satisfied.

They do not accept new people that come here because of their hair or skin color, they just keep us waiting for an answer after registering and we hear nothing from them! it is disappointing to face such problems in 2022.

I totally do not recommend it for any new students or new people recently moved here.

Reception behavior is not setisfectio. There have no trial days as Iike fitx or macfit, if anyone invest his or her money for training time for 12 months he or she should get at least one trialday. Because should check for satisfaction.
