Vorsicht! Ich habe 3 Acrylglasplatten für ein Vordach im Wert von 600 Euro bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, allerdings völlig unzureichend verpackt. Der Umkarton war am mehreren Stellen beschädigt. Die darin befindlichen Platten wiesen alle 3 Beschädigungen der Schutzfolie auf beiden Seiten teils bis in die Plattenoberfläche hinein auf, die wohl auf unsachgemäße und achtlose Behandlung im Sägewerk zurückzuführen sind. Auf eine E-Mail mit entsprechender photographischer Dokumentation erfolgte innerhalb von 24 Stunden keine Reaktion. Deswegen heute versucht, die Hotline anzurufen, dabei 4 x mal nach 20 Minuten rausgeflogen. Sowohl Qualität als auch Service gehen anders, Herr van Groningen!

Ich rate dringend von diesem Anbieter ab. Ich wollte mal eben schnell ein paar Muster bestellen. Bestellung ist raus im März. Bis heute ist keine Lieferung erfolgt. Der Kundenservice am Telefon versicherte mir zunächst einen erneuten Versand, ich solle mich aber nochmal per Mail melden. Der Versand ist bis heute nicht erfolgt. Seitdem erhielt ich keine weitere Reaktion mehr vom Kundenservice auf Anfragen per Mail.

Ich hoffe, dass ich mein Geld über den Paypal Konflikt zurück erhalte, dafür sehe ich jedoch schwarz. Zum Glück habe ich "nur" Muster bestellt.

Wer hier bestellt muss damit rechnen, sein Geld zu entsorgen und keine Ware zu erhalten.

Null Sterne sind leider nicht möglich, daher ein Stern fürs beantworten meiner telefonischen Anfrage.

Update: Eine Woche nach dieser Rezension wurde mir der Betrag komplett zurück erstatten. Immerhin gehe ich aus der Sache ohne finanziellen Schaden raus. Danke dafür!

Ich habe Trespa Platten in anthrazit bestellt. Da auf dem Handy die 360 Grad Ansicht nicht gut erkennbar war, habe ich extra angerufen und nachgefragt, ob die Platten beidseitig beschichtet sind. Ich bekam vom Verkäufer die Antwort ja, die sind beidseitig beschichtet. Leider habe ich dieser Antwort vertraut, was im Nachhinein ein Fehler war. Die Platten kamen einseitig beschichtet und können leider nicht verwendet werden. Herr Dominic will davon nichts mehr wissen !!Mein Rat: Immer die Aufzeichnung am Telefon mitlaufen lassen, dann habt Ihr eine Möglichkeit so ein Mißverständnis aufzuklären. Leider muss ich den vorherigen negativen Bewertungen recht geben. Nach einem Missverständnis bei der Bestellung, welches auf meiner Situation als Leihe und dem angeblich neuem Support-Mitarbeiter beruhte, wurde eine falsche Platte geliefert. Es folgte eine absolut konfuse Kommunikation mit dem Support mit 3 unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitern. Teils Antworten per Mail, die keinen Bezug auf die Vorgeschichte nahmen. Als ob keine Kommunikation im System möglich ist. Es endete mit einem vorwurfsvollem Telefonat, in der mir Fehler bei der Mail-Kommunikation vorgeworfen und Formulierungen so ausgelegt wurden, dass ich am Ende Schuld sei. Eine Lösung gab es letztendlich nicht. Ich musste mich um fast jeden Kontakt bemühen, damit der Vorgang voranging. Für mich erschien der Ablauf als absolute Überforderung der Mitarbeiter sowie der genutzten EDV. Ich kann nur von einer Bestellung dort abraten.
