One of thr best gyms i have been to. Swimming pool, 2 jaccuzzis, amazing training area and veryy friendly staff. Good job.

First of all the staff is unfriendly. On my first visit I asked for tour and they rejected it because they were have a party behind the counter. Be ready to get 0% help from trainer's. No one will help you about the machine's function.

The parking is far.

Expensive but don't open 24. There are others gym around this area with affordable prices and there own parking.

One of the few gyms where it is really worth the subscription fee.
You also have a wonderful wellness area with sauna pool and hot tubs.
Really nice place to either work out or relax.

Well... The place is pretty and the furniture is nice, but a lot of basic things are still missing.

For example ... Signs. There are no signs to say how many floors the gym covers, or what is on which floor, and it's not even clear which changing room is men and which one is women. I saw lots of women going into the men's changing room. Also, if you take the lift to the 3rd floor, it opens into a kind of landing room / store room, and the only door that opens after that is ... Into the men's changing room.

No hooks to hang your towel or clothes near the shower room or toilet.

Vending machines don't work...

There are really nice expensive Dyson hair dryers (6 of them) in the women's changing room, but I don't think there are any in the men's... Hmm.

Gym equipment arrangements are also kinda weird... And some stuff you expect near certain machines are on the other floors...

Maybe it's just opening so things aren't ready yet, so I hope it'll improve soon, otherwise it'd be a shame because the gym itself is nice and big.

I upgraded my John reed membership for this... But now thinking if I've made a mistake

Childcare runs 3 days a week for 3 hours each. Two of them when my son is in daycare anyway. The wellness area is not recommended due to the hygiene of many other customers, they go to the sauna or the pool with their underpants or boxer shorts that they wore before doing sports. The parking garage is quite far away and when the weather is bad I almost save myself the shower after training, unfortunately it smells better on the street than in the showers. In the morning they usually smell strongly of sewerage.
I would now like to give negative stars. What you pay 50€ for here is a mystery to me. There are usually three workers or mascots on site. Most of the time, guests don't notice this, as their smartphone probably has a higher priority. When I entered the studio this morning at 9 a.m., the following pictures were taken.
Even the men's toilets have been broken for 14 days and are not being repaired.
I can only advise against wasting so much money on such a miserable studio.

Habe von meinem vorherigen Vertrag in den teureren Vertrag nach Duisburg gewechselt. Hauptgründe waren, Kinderbetreuung und Wellness Bereich.
Die Kinderbetreuung läuft ganze 3 Tage die Woche für je 3 Stunden. Davon zwei mal wenn mein Sohn eh in der Kita ist. Der Wellnessbereich ist aufgrund der Hygiene vieler anderer Kunden nicht zu empfehlen, diese gehen mit ihren vorher beim Sport getragen Unterhosen oder boxershorts in die Sauna oder den Pool. Das Parkhaus ist recht weit weg und bei schlechtem Wetter spare ich mir beinahe die Dusche nach dem Training, leider riecht es auf der Straße Straße besser als in den Duschen. Diese riechen morgens meistens stark nach Kanalisation.
Mittlerweile würde ich gerne minus Sterne geben. Wofür man hier 50€ zahlt, ist mir rätselhaft. Es sind meist drei mitarbeiten oder Maskottchen vor Ort. Diese bemerken Gäste meistens nicht, da ihr Smartphone wohl eine höhere Priorität hat. Als ich das Studio heute morgen um 9 Uhr betrat, sind folgende Bilder entstanden.
Selbst die Männer Toiletten sind seit 14 Tagen kaputt und werden nicht repariert.
Ich kann jedem nur abraten so viel Geld für ein solch miserables Studio zu verschleudern.
