A good place to chill in summer and has plenty of Turkish options!

I think the recommendation to order is their beef and I find it is good. Today I tried the burger and my friends try kebab. It was a good combination ad you can order the spicy one(for me it is not spicy anyway). I think the portion is decent and make me full anyway.

Service is standard and waiting time is like 10-15 mins for easy menu like us. They also serve complimentary bread with special dips though.

I have never been to a Turkish restaurant, in Europe, that has made me feel like I am in Turkey like this restaurant has made me feel! I can not explain how well the service was and how friendly the staff was. Absolutely unworldy, speechless! The food was AMAZING! The size of the meels was no joke, you REALLY get your moneys worth. I would absolutely recommend! 5 stars doesn't feel enough!

The food was just wow???????? they have really Tradition food. Good food with great hospitality. Perfect combination

I've been here more than a few times and I love the food, breakfast and atmosphere, but I was disappointed today with the service.

I ordered breakfast for around 18 euros from the menu and decided to share it with two other people and ordered an extra cup of tea, but the waiter charged me for breakfast for three for 27 and counted it as though I ordered a third portion for 9 euros. This isn't an open Buffe and if I had wanted to pay for more food then I would've. The menu doesn't mention anything about it being for two people only. I've ordered this breakfast at least 5 times before now and I didn't receive any extra food this time so I don't understand why I was charged extra money. If I decide to share a plate for lunch with my husband or a künefe, why I should I pay for two people when I only ordered one plate.

The service is normally good, but I have to to say that I was dissatisfied this time around.

First time experience was amazing here. Service was great, food was awesome and had authentic taste of Bursa. You can have everything from breakfast to lunch to dinner and if you just want to come for drinks and snacks, this place will not disappoint you. If you live or come to Duisburg do visit this place.

My second time visit there became a big disappointment. A relative visited from Canada and I brought him in this restaurant that became an embarrassment for me. It took them one hour to serve the food. Asked a couple of time and they were like yes it is reaching in five minutes. After 45 min came back to verify the order. There was no word of sorry from the face of waitress while she was serving the food. Even a good food became bad by their attitude. Never going back there.

Service too slow, we had to wait for almost hour for our orders. Finally had to cancel mine. I think they overutilize their capacity and cannot serve on time in peak hours. Hygiene is also limited. Kebap quality is acceptable.
