I didn't want to write a review that sounds too good to be true, but looks like I don't have a choice, so here we go:

This winery wasn't really on our radar, we've accidentally stumbled upon it at "Tage des offenen Weingutes" and seems like it was one of those happy accidents, you know...

The location is scenic, the staff was just lovely, and even the other visitors were very friendly.
I suppose everyone's kinder with a glass of great wine in their hands.

We tasted two Rieslings and got hit by surprise! A burst of flavour to die for!
On my death bed, I'll request a glass of their 2016 Gewürztraminer.

I regret that I didn't buy a bottle, but I'll definitely order it online.

Its off the beaten path in a neighborhood but it is beautiful! The wine was great and the owner is a bronze sculpture artist with beautiful pieces around the site. Sit in the nice weather on the patio and have a few glasses!

A just fantastic vineyard within the Elbe river valley with a wonderful selection of local wine. Sitting outside and looking over the valley while zipping on the great wine is just as nice as being inside the old wine cellar- What a great place!
