I really like the Wippler confectionery at Körnerplatz so I was curious to check out this new locaiton. Here, the cake selection appeared to be more traditional, which I find slightly boring, but the ice creams provided some interesting flavour combinations.

We ordered a piece of chocolate buttercream cake and onion quiche, while sitting in the garden. Both were delicious.
Unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow and seemed to be disorganized. (For example, when we finally got our order, the waitress forgot to bring utensils for the quiche. This is fine, it happens. But when she promised to bring a fork, it never arrived. We had no chance to catch her attention either.) I suppose the problem is: they're obviously lacking enough servers. Also, payment was only possible at one of the servers, so we were not the only guests waiting for longer than usual.
I wanted to like the place, but it was a bit disappointing.

Lots of great baked goods. Place gets busy and I went during the week and off season. Not sure if they take reservations. Friendly staff

Doubt you'll do better than this bakery for style, variety and taste. All made fresh daily. And yes it will taste as good as the pictures look.

Lovely bakery, love the breakfast options and sitting outside in summer. Also love the view into the workspace with the bakers at work.

Kinda racist the weiter was so not friendly just because of my skin color, i know the people of this area are mostly racist but that does not mean you have to be unfriendly.

Hope you’ll learn from this experience and not be like that again it’s 2022 :)

Very bad customer service. Waiters and sellers realy unpolite, almost shouting, not allowing to eat inside even if having a space. No will of help.
The food was good, but I won't come back for sure.
