Nice beer garden. Friendly and fast service. We stopped for coffee and cake only this time. We wanted to get back for the Wagyu beef (we are big fans of Japanese Wagyu) - until we learned that this meat is only available as burger patties. Why? Nevertheless, we will get back again for sure.

Amazing restaurant in a nice green surrounding. I absolutely enjoyed my lunch and dinner here. The service is very friendly. Food is stunning.

We reached this place quite by accident as the guide with our Trafalgar group mistook Waldmax for some other restaurant.

Waldmax is in a remote location not frequented by many people unless they have planned coming there. With hardly any space to turn our 42 seater coach, it was decided that we would take a much needed pit stop.

We found places for ourselves outside and waited for something to eat, despite the fact that catering to a large group takes time.

Finally we did get our meal and what a meal it was - unplanned and without much warning. The staff not only served us the finest food outside of Berlin, but it record time.

If you are planning to be in the vicinity, drop in and have a bite. You won’t regret it.

I always enjoy this place a lot, the terrace, the German food, the woods, the playground, it's a very relaxing place ☺️
