Stayed here 2 times. First time the WiFi wasn't working in my wing, told to the receptionist, was met with a blank stare and a question of "What do you want me to do? We are fully booked..." Second time I got unfortunate as my room was on the second floor, room 201, which is a non smoking room, directly below me is a smoker's room, can't open my window, as the smoke from downstairs rises and fills the room with the smoke. Bathroom ducts are connected as well, so when a person below smokes in their bathroom, I cannot turn the light switch on in mine, as it turns on the fan, and moves the smoke into my room. Complained, and got the same answer - "What do you want me to do? We are fully booked..." 0 problem solving skills from the receptionst and there is no one else to discuss these matters on the premises. Excellent breakfast and good beer on tap in the restaurant.
