Nur gut wenn man sich auf eine Stelle ohne Schichtarbeit bewirbt! Also z.B. als Ingenieur oder als Manager! Dann erwarte euch ein gutes bis sehr gutes Arbeitsklima mit einem interessanten Aufgabengebiet. Das ganze mit viel Gleitzeit, Kaffeeküche und Homeoffice. Wer mag kann sogar das Volleyballfeld benutzen oder ins hauseigene Fitnessstudio gehen. Auch die Gehälter hier können sich sehen lassen und Beförderungen finden regelmäßig statt. Meine Empfehlung - solange es sich NICHT um eine Stelle im CPS Schichtmodell handelt.

Nun zu den "anderen" Stellen im Schichtsystem:
Wer sich als Techniker oder Operator bewirbt wird feststellen das der Unterschied zu den oben genannten Stellen nicht größer sein könnte!
Als Schichtarbeiter arbeitet man die ganze Zeit im Reinraum und hat außer der einen kurzen Pause keine Möglichkeit sich draußen aufzuhalten. Homeoffice, Gleitzeit oder die Nutzung der Freizeitmöglichkeiten stehen den Schichtarbeitern nicht oder nur im stark begrenzten Umfang zur Verfügung, bzw. werden nicht zugelassen. Beförderungen werden wenn nur spärlich ausgesprochen und es findet nur sehr wenig bis gar kein Lob oder Anerkennung für die geleistete Arbeit statt. Eigentlich fühlt man sich als Schichtarbeiter ständig wie ein Angestellter 3. Klasse. Die Stimmung ist dem entsprechend schlecht bis sehr schlecht und es wird auch nichts getan um dies zu verbessern - obwohl die Probleme bekannt sind. Viele Mitarbeiter in der Schicht haben im Stillen schon gekündigt oder sind auf der Suche.
Vom Gehalt her wird gespart wo es geht, und statt dessen wird vermehrt auf Leiharbeiter oder Billiglöhner aus Osteuropa gesetzt. Wie hier die Qualifikation dieser Leute aussieht mag ich nicht beurteilen.

Fazit:
Eine zutiefst gespaltene Firma in der Manager den Kontakt zu ihren Mitarbeitern schon längst verloren haben, ein Betriebsrat der gegen die Gewerkschaft arbeitet, und Ingenieure die vergessen haben das es auch noch eine "Schicht" gibt.
