Our waitress was quite impolite and served our food just to the corner of our table so that we had to arrange it ourselves.
She mentioned that they don’t have strawberry’s on stock and in exchange I’ve got some nearly rotten peaches.
The other staff members seemed much more determined to provide a good service.
Probably she was mad because we didn’t chose the closest table to the rest. Unfortunately we have kids who wanted to use the restaurants playground next to the table we had picked.

We had a nice time. We enjoyed the breakfast. Service was slow and felt lacking. While friendly just not responsive enough and still waitng for the ice bucket we ordered. Lunch was okay. Overall nice. I just had hoped the service was a little more efficient.

I made a good and a very bad experience here.
1. First time at an event with colleagues the food and service were really good and we had a great time in a very cozy atmosphere. This is why I decided to invite my family here for a weekend dinner which brings me to my bad experience...
2. The second time I made a reservation via phone for Sunday 18:00pm for a table of eight people. Arriving at the cafe that Sunday there was no table prepared for us and we were told the kitchen is already closed and that the cafe will close at 19:00. Why was I not informed about this? No explanation or apology were offered. Very disappointing for me and my family.

We wanted a vegan pizza and they modified one of the existing ones for us . They did a great job! And the homemade Limonade was great too

Place is fantastic. We were for brunch. Plan a lot of time, as the brunch is served in batches (first cold dishes and after 12 warm dishes). Service could be better. Food is nice.

The cafe had a nice variety of options to choose from and they were decently prices. It has a really nice view, right next to the river. Comfortable seats and delicious food/drinks. Would recommend.

The Service and quality of cake /ice cream show room for improvements.
The location in the beautiful Rosengarten close to the river Elbe is great.. Will try again next year
