Forced me to wait for an hour and didn't get any help at all!!! Like literally, no help. You go for help, and instead of treatment you just get a moral trauma! Better would be if I didn't go there..... They shouldn't be name as Krankenhaus at all!!! I wish there would be some working law where people can complain. Never, never, never again!
(I can't make a comment here to my post, so I'll say here. To any, literally ANY bad comment there is an answer, but not to my. I specifically wrote it on English (my German is B2) because I had a suspicious that everything has happened because I'm not a German... well... you get the rest)

Mein Dank gilt allen Mitarbeitern auf der Station, den Auszubildenden, Praktikanten, Pflegekräften, Schwestern, Servicepersonal und, und, und. Alle haben nach besten Kräften dazu beigetragen das ich mich gut aufgehoben und verstanden gefühlt habe. Das hat mir sehr geholfen und vieles erleichtert.
Ebenso möchte ich mich bei allen Ärzten bedanken, welche immer ein offenes Ohr und einen Rat hatten und die mir mit ihrem Können sehr geholfen haben.

Meine Mutter hatte heute einen Arzt - Termin, bei dem sich herausstellen sollte, ob sie an einer lebensgefährlichen Erkrankung leidet oder nicht. Zu diesem Zweck hatte sie mich als seelische Unterstützung mitgenommen und dies auch vorher angekündigt. Dieser Mitarbeiter jedoch lachte mich nicht nur aus, weil ich meine 63 - jährige Mama begleitete, er machte mir auch mehr als deutlich, dass, wenn ich lesen könnte, ich an der Tür gesehen hätte, dass ich nicht herein darf. Ich erklärte freundlichst, dass niemand uns im Vorfeld dahingehend informiert hatte und bettelte förmlich um Einlass. Doch obwohl ich vollständig geimpft bin, (dies forderte er sich mit den Worten ein: "Erstmal 3G - Nachweis! Vorher gar nichts!") durfte ich meine kranke Mutter nicht begleiten.
