Clean and comfortable.
My dog stayed in my room with me which was great but they didn't provide anything extra for dogs, for example there was no where around the whole block to put dog poo once you had picked up. Would be very useful if they but a special bin outside the hotel and maybe provided drinking bowls.

The hotel itself was good and will presented - the rooms were clean on arrival and the service was helpful from what we've noticed.

They offer great service overall, tasty buffet breakfast which features a lot of the local delicacies, the bathrooms offer a good variety of complementary products (towels, q tips etc.)

The reason for the 4 star rating is mainly a lack of things such as a floor mat in the bathroom, for which we had to use one of the towels. The hotel also feels a bit cramped at times, especially if you're travelling with a lot of luggage.

One last thing to note is that, while they offer a great deal of TV programmes, most (if not all) of them are in German, which isn't ideal for foreign travelers.
-note: we did not check ALL the channels, so it is possible that they include English ones and we just missed them.

Overall, a pleasant experience located on the outskirts of the city with a good tram/bus connection to the centre.

Would recommend.

Good place to stay in Dresden. Rooms are not very big but pretty comfortable. Breakfast is okay but could be more different things to eat.

The hotel is located in a residential area so no shops around. The atmosphere and the decoration looks 15 or 20 years ago. Nice bathroom. The food is edible, nothing special.

Location is ideal - trams u0026 buses nearby, 6 months rental was a good dead.
Not much choice of restaurants locally, so have to use public transport or drive.
Internet a bit expensive and slow

Breakfast is great and people are nice. I'm stayed in the extended apt. They dont have air conditioning but it cool enough at night.
