Perfect place for long stay, I've spent there 6 month on a business trip and it's very good.
Placed in city center, new, every apartment has kitchen, stove, laundry machine, even a dishwasher! Mine was a studio, enough for 1 or 2 person, larger apartments available.
Underground parking for 3 euros a day - good value, hotels charge 10-25.
Room cleaning costs money, just for you to know, 35 euros for a cleaning.
Good alternative for hotels, costs less and is very pleasant.

PROS · The room was very well equipped and much larger than expected. We really liked having a small balcony, the bathroom was huge and even had a jacuzzi/sauna. The kitchen had everything you needed. The appliances were good brands/all clean and in good condition. The apartment was also very very big. Location is excellent. Easy to walk to the old historic city centre. Public transport is easily accessible from here. There is a large city Rewe up the road as well. Parking is easy with the underground parking garage, also relatively cheap for city parking at 14€ per day. For a short stay this a normal price. Overall, we were really impressed with the hotel generally and would definitely stay again.

CONS · The room we had did not have air conditioning (I know it's Germany) but it was a 35 degree weekend. There was also no fan in the room, I am very surprised by this as the street is very loud so you can't have the windows open the whole time. There was also not very good airflow when the windows were open. On one of the days we were there the outside temperature was 22 degrees, yet even with the windows open the apartment was always above 26 degrees.

Avoid this place during the summer. There's no air conditioning. The apartments are a furnace during the day - if you open the window you are subject to noises and cigarette smoke from the neighbours. You can ask for a small desk fan but it won't do the job. The block out blinds do not do much.

Also a security concern - On the first floor a neighbour could easily come into your place during the night as the courtyard is shared and accessible.

There is also no power plugs next to the beds which makes for an annoying charging position.

There are some small pros. The room was spacious and included a laundry machine and full kitchen. Location is ok if all the teams are running and close to the good sights and groceries.

Such a AWESOME Place! Right outside you have downtown Dresden with the zwinger! There is also a tram stop, and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Service was amazing and the hotel rooms were beautiful and looked very modern.

We stayed here for 2 months when first moving to Dresden and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are beautifully designed and have everything you need. The location is PERFECT and right near everything. I would highly recommend this for a weekend stay or a few months. The front desk is super helpful and the entire experience was delightful. Also the beds are very comfy which is always a plus!

We stayed in the apartment here for a few nights and it was a pleasant stay and a great experience for us.
The apartment was modern and equipped well with everything you need for comfort stay. There also was a nice small balcony. Check-in and check-out were very easy.
There is a parking lot under the building. Less experience parking lot is located just a few minutes walk from here.
The apartments building is situated just a few minutes easy walk from museums of the Zwinger.
