The best part about this hotel is they give u 5 euro cocktail bar voucher if u opt to not have the room service, which I think is brilliant and win-win strategy. With the voucher, we get to spend time in the cocktail bar together and also interact with the friendly bar tender, nice.

Hello! Hotel was clean and supernice, in spite of their unfriendly and cold reception staff.

In summary, both, night check in as much as morning check out, we talked to two unfriendly women who didnt seem to be happy at their jobs. Specially, the receptionist in the morning was rude, ironic and unnice and to our eyes absolutey unpolite. If they care about people's opinion, they may care a bit more about hiring polite/friendly staff than having clean/spacious rooms.

Was there for a social event. The hall is large and nice, but sound quality could be better. The staff are very professional and polite, but have a tendency to ignore you unless you make youself seen. Toilets are in the basement, a good walk away from the hall.

Fitness area is a joke, equipment not usable. No safe and no shoehorn in the room. Room size and cleanliness is good. Location 10 min from airport and also good connection to city center.

The hotel itself it's ok, but they didn't give us a room with a double bed. They only had a room with two single beds available. And they didn't warn us. Not the kind of behaviour you would expect from this place

Clean , rooms are ok. Didn't have 3 person rooms. Had two get 2 rooms instead 1. Bed was two twin beds by each other. Breakfast was good but a little pricey.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The internet works well. Breakfast is average with a good choice for breakfast. Well located near the tramway.
