Let’s begin my review that it was our second hotel within one week since we were on the family vacation. Coming from Berlin we didn’t expect much but wow. This hotel is amazing! As soon as you enter, receptionist meeting you by the bar where you check in. No words to explain how luxuries, clean, chick the hotel is. The stuff is also wonderful. All of them are very healthful and professional. We had a small issue but the hotel took care of it. The king room is absolutely amazing, I didn’t want to leave Dresden and this hotel. Everything was super clean and fresh. Beautiful bathroom with marble and huge mirrors. The breakfast is worth to add to your reservation - just delicious! They have small sauna and pool and the bottom floor. No parking anymore from July 1, 2022. Not sure where should you park now.
We are already planing our next trip in December to Dresden with the kids and 100% staying there again!

My boyfriend and I went to Dresden for a few days and stayed at the Gewandhaus. The hotel was so much more than we were expecting!

Every aspect of the interior of the hotel was lovely - the rooms, the foyer, even the restaurant where breakfast was served was fantastic! The staff were very professional and personable (not something to expect in most of Germany so this was a really nice surprise).

We were very happy. The pool was lovely. I do wish it had been a little warmer. The sauna and steam room are only open 6-11, and we had to ask the team to turn it on. the pool has the odd noises that make it sound like you're at a convention and none of the massagers worked. Still, would definitely book again.

Very helpful staff. Getting around was a bit challenging considering the language barrier and the layout of the city. But all the staff there were really helpful, especially Ms.Weiß I really hope I'm spelling that right. Anyways I'll stay again if I'm ever in the area.

This hotel was amazing. The location, decor and staff make this hotel. We did a road trip thru out Germany and this was are favorite out of all the hotels!

Great location u0026 service. Icing on the cake is the huge jaccuzzi in the room. Even-though the hotel is in the middle of the city it is very quiet.
