The food was quite delicious. Many German specialties to choose from. The service was really good, though the waiter asked me several times if I wanted another dessert other than apple struedel (they had it), which may have been a joke but one I didn't receive 100%.

Very disappointed. After a journey from Nuremberg we just wanted to relax and have some drink and food. The waitress (in good english) has said that they could serve outside only till 10pm, if we want some food we have to sit inside; they work till 11.30 pm. Today was really hot, about 37 degrees:(.. no fresh air inside, but ok, we decided only to drink some beer outside, it was 9.30pm. While we’ve reading menu, a young waiter came and started speaking german, we didn:t understand what. He could see we understood nothing but didn’t want to help us somehow (to call his collegue with good english, for instance). After that we stayed absolutelly ignored: we continued exploring our menu but he didn’t notice us anymore! We were shocked after a night spent in Nuremberg hotel and cafes, where you felt really welcome, where people were so friendly, so polite… It’s a pity that differences between two Germanies still exist despite so many years after 1989; we can see it almost everywhere…. It just reminded the Beatles: Back in the USSR… ;((

middle of weekday, the whole restourant is empty but all tables are "reserved", service is bad I had to take menu myself.

This is a very nice German restaurant! They made it look very nice and special;) very German!;) The food was very good and stuff and service very friendly! The kitchen made our order fast, even we were a group. I will be definitely back and take my friends with me!
