It's a good hotel with helpful staff. The room was a bit small for the price but it was clean so worked for me. The restaurant inside and the staff are also good. Away from the hustle bustle of the city with direct tram and bus connection to the hauptbahnhof.

Dude elevator is not working and rooms without air-conditioning in middle of june and you charge almost 100€/night?!!! Lol it needs to be at least
30€. But even if it comes that low, i wouldn't stay.

Update your website to reflect the out of order elevator and AC

It's perfect for couple of days trip. I recommend to take the complete package including breakfast...it was very nice. Service like Car parking is free and a must.

Where do i start ??Ac is not working (website says they have one ) booked us on 3rd level (they call it 2nd floor )and their elevator does not work too.checkd out after 10 min of coming in

Probably the best hotel experience we had in Europe so far.

Location:
Hotel is conveniently located close to the Autobahn. Tram stop is right opposite to hotel. Tram 7 takes you to the city center, and operates all day all night.

Parking:
Hotel has its own secure parking garage.

Staff and Service:
The staff is very friendly, replied to mail queries in less time. With short notice, they were extremely flexible and were able to prepare a room for an early check checkin. Receptionist provided us with necessary tips for getting around in Dresden. Great hospitality through out the stay.

Room and Facilities:
Room was exceptionally clean and of high quality. Though the hotel is right on the Main Street, there is no noise. Hotel has sky subscription.

Breakfast:
Wide spread of Breakfast buffet. Lot of options. Cheese and Omelettes from station were delicious.

I will definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a good location for us as,we had a car. So popping into Dresden was very easy to do. It's a very larger hotel. We had a room for three. It was in the top of the building where the roofs come together. So one side of the room had slanted walls with big push out windows. (Felt like we should have been in an old inn in a village.)Room was spacious though. Bathroom is very nice. Beds were comfortable.
Restaurant was good and packed. Waited a longer than normal time for our food. But they were very busy.
Loved finding out that there is a nice bakery right down in the shops that are attached.
Parking is available in the front. But they tell you to park in the back and we could not find the back entrance so walked around to the front each time.
Three of the five front desk staff we met, were young and quite rude. One woman seemed quite disgusted that we didnt speak fluent German. The young man working the morning we left was eager to help in any way and did speak English.
