I have to admit that customer service also exists in Germany and this great pet store with amazing service is perfect proof of that...????????
We just got puppy of beautiful mini bullterier named Balu from Berlin area and we got everything and I mean really everything for our baby dog in this store located in west side of Dresdenon our way to our home in Munich.????
Immediately after coming to the store we got highly skilled assistent name Andreas(or Andy) who took more than less TOP care about us and recommended perfectly with his great knowledge exactly what our puppy needed. ????????
We lived in Munich area,but we will be always happy to stop by and spend our money in this store with very friendly professionals who are doing amazing job and could be great example to others as PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE in Germany !!! ????%
