Overall we enjoyed our 2 days stay. Nice location, friendly service and a great breakfast. However, the hotel is visibly in need of better maintenance and renovation. The breakfast restaurant was understaffed, causing long waits. Wifi very slow, unstable.

I experienced excellent service here. I had broken my thumb a few days earlier and needed to see a doctor they arranged it all for me. I went to the best doctor and got well taken care of. Thanks to the concierge service for organising it.

Old and fancy. It is very comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The shower situation is strange and perhaps a relic of remodeling an old building.

Probably the best place to stay in Dresden. The staff is welcoming and helpful, the rooms are large and very clean. The breakfast buffet is a plus !!

***** five starts to an amazing hotel, restaurants and staff. A most stay location if you go to Dresden. The hotel is perfectly central located and the closeness to all of the historic buildings and sites near the river is a must see property in Germany.

Kempinski standard, nothing else to add. The position is top to enjoy the city, the great museum, the shopping, the evening.
