I got in a bus from Dresden to Wroclaw, maybe I do not arrive...It seems the driver have had 55 liters of beer before starting the route. I really have my doubts whether he has the driving license or he is just testing with us.

Flixbus N160 wasn’t on time at Dresden the 6th of august. About 15 people were waiting for the flixibus going to Prague from 19h45 to 22h20 No bus no information no explanation from the company..
the flixbus apps said bus is delayed 20 mn but the bis never came to dresden
we had to buy new bus ticket from another company at excessive price because it was too late at night
Don’t use this company again !

Very small office, but ample to carry out it's duties. I was served by a nice and polite girl who later checked the boarding check-in through QR-code.
Buses are big, clean and very comfortable. The distance between the seats is large, and the seats themselves are on "rails", so that one can be moved apart from other. There is USB and WiFi, which specifically did not work outright on our bus. The driver did nothing, just shrugged with the words "it does not work." But as a driver, he did well. Comfortable driving... There is a toilet on the buses, which is good in itself, but uncomfortable during driving due to tightness.
They have a very convenient and beautiful application on the phone, with which you can order trips, and at the bus stop by the map and GPS to track where the bus is and when it will arrive at the bus stop.
In general, I liked the company. I left the application on telephone and intend to use them when I will need to travel on long distances between cities on my next trips.

Im completely unhappy and angry about this ride. Because a group of boys were drunk drinking beer and listening to wild music loudly and singing even louder!!! Everyone wanted to sleep but that was impossible! Many childe and women were on the bus and they were saying inappropriate words and jocks. I and other passengers told them to keep it down and respect the other passengers but they were keep doing it! It's very strange that even driver do nothing about it and I've seen on the other ride that people smocking weeds in the toilet! It's absolutely unacceptable and I'm not using flix bus anymore! It's not just about selling ticket you have to provide calm and safe situation for passengers. You need to set regulations in order to deter happening this again! It's your obligation to give power to drivers to control the passengers and forbidden drinking alcohol and smocking weeds! It's very obvious fact that people must be satisfied about their ride!

Their counter closes and then there is no one to guide you and tell you where/when the bus stops.

Then the driver/guide responds in a very disrespectful manner for us not being able to find our seats when we were told there were no particular seat number to begin with.

Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized.

20.09.19 the guy responsible to guide passengers ( short with with glasses) is very rude to all passengers and reject to help the old lady. We demand FlixBus company to employee polite and friendly workers.
