After a long wait of 1 month they did not deliver my bicycle and just refunded the money. Moreover they did not help in getting status of my bicycle rather I had to contact the customer service.

Rude lady at the information desk. She rather spent time on her cell phone than help out a customer! Great offering of sports products though. Only the customer service needs some desperate improvements.

Its excellent position near Dresden-Hauptbahnhof makes this place easily accessible. Their collection includes clothing and equipment for various sports including skiing, hiking, cycling and more. Lot of choices, good price and you can explore all the sections on each floor. I buy Lean protein and Omega3-fish oil capsules here and sightseeing their latest collections especially the bicycle section. Funny experiences always occur at the cashier, you can try it yourself! will be Confused with how to scan the barcode of the items... ????, you just need to put all the purchased items in the box below the screen, and the screen will automatically display each item you bought and their price, still curious about how the machine reads the purchased items ... HAHA

Decathlon is a customer friendly shop. Here in dresden too, staff are friendly. Wide range of product choice. Some of the standard products are little lower than other sports shops

A big super store to buy a wide variety of sports good. People who love to do winter sports can buy almost everything here. A highlight is that very cheap backpacks are available here. Jogger shoes for people of all ages are also available in Decathlon.

I like this place. Ok not the top quality, true, but still it's very decent and prices are very low. In addition to that clerks are very helpful and kind. Honestly I am so glad this shop opened in Dresden!
