I’ve stayed here for three weeks in the summers of the past four years, minus two during Covid. The rooms are fine, furnished with just what you need. The air conditioning in the summer weeks worked great, although I imagine the housekeeping staff found the room to be cold. The location is fantastic if you plan to use the main train station (across the street) or most of the streetcar lines. It’s quite convenient to get almost anywhere, and there’s a direct 20 minute train to the airport. We’ve been supplied with a streetcar pass during our stay, making it even more convenient, and the breakfast buffet is nice. The front desk staff is helpful, and the waitstaff during breakfast have been especially friendly. I was unfamiliar with this hotel chain until 2017, and now I would definitely seek it out in other European cities.

Expected more from the hotel. Rooms were very basic although they weren't cheap. Also not that clean. Grease spots on the mirror and a lot of dust in the air vent in the bathroom.

The breakfast was nice, but way too busy. Staff was very friendly though. I guess the hotel was just fully booked and could barely manage all their guests.

Peaceful at the center of city. No noises around. Can sleep well. Rooms here has more space for two people. Morning breakfast has lot of varieties and more quantity with delicious items.. Overall good

Convenient location next to main station because there will always be a shop open if you need food. Not a lot of foot traffic around hotel so quiet at night. Breakfast was ok but there is good variety. gluten free bread available on request. Room rate does not include city tax. Not sure how well the AC works for summer days didn't seem strong when we were there in mid-April. Got the city ticket for use with trams and bus.

Room was clean and fresh. But the hotel was maybe fitted out by ikea. No kitchen sink don’t expect to eat in the evening. The bars open till 1am. But don’t expect to have a beer on a Saturday afternoon. It’s closed. Access to the car park is a joke. The icing on the cake for me is the lift. They tried to be clever with security for access to the rooms and it doesn’t work

This is how they make up the room.
No new towel, don’t collect old towel.

Absolutly, no new bed sheet.

Then, I go to frontdesk, reception desk,
I claimed and he said “it is not a problem”

So, I said “It is a problem.”

This is it what you will experience.
So, I leave my room number, 117.
I’m not afraid. I know the hospitality.

I will watch and observe it until Friday, and I have one more night, nacht. :)
I’m staying here for 5 nights.

And you should know I leave a tip 10 Euro on the room table.

Also, my paper shopping bag is missing. The bag was empty, but I need it for shopping stuff. I paid the price for the paper bag.

Can you believe it, if this room condition is “after room make-up?”
That is what I experience. This hotel disappointed me even if it is cheap hotel.
They are not ready for basic hospitality.

Everything is great, the staff is friendly and mostly speak English very well. The rooms are clean and very quiet. The free tickets for public transport are an amazing extra. Thank you very much.
